Start with a safe project brief.
A short description is enough for an initial quote. Please do not send confidential files before we agree a suitable transfer method and scope.
What to include
- Choose CSV Cleanup, Spreadsheet Repair, or Python Workflow Automation.
- Describe the current problem and what a successful result should look like.
- Share approximate file sizes, row counts, formats, and any deadline.
- Explain important rules: matching keys, formulas to preserve, or expected output format.
- If examples help, use fabricated or thoroughly anonymised data only.
Do not email sensitive data
Do not include passwords, API keys, payment-card details, bank statements, medical records, identity documents, or personal customer lists in an initial enquiry. Remove real names, emails, addresses, account numbers and hidden spreadsheet sheets or metadata from examples.
How an order is agreed
We review feasibility, define deliverables and acceptance checks, confirm a fixed scope, price and timeline in writing, and only then discuss a verified payment method. Starting prices are indicative. Do not send money in response to an unverified payment request.
AI assistance and demonstrations
Nilo Works uses AI-assisted methods and software tests. Outputs require validation against the agreed acceptance criteria. Portfolio examples use synthetic data; they are not presented as completed client commissions.
Handling live project files
Before accepting live files, we will agree the necessary access, an appropriate transfer method, how outputs will be returned and what data must be deleted. If these safeguards cannot be arranged, the project will not proceed. This page is practical intake guidance, not a complete legal privacy notice.
